REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All Sales Are Final

All purchases and registrations made with Christopher Howard Golf are final and non-refundable.

Once a golf school, lesson, clinic, event, program, or other service has been purchased, no refunds will be issued, including for cancellations, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, illness, personal circumstances, or failure to attend.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Customer Cancellations & No-Shows

If you are unable to attend your scheduled golf school or program, please contact Christopher Howard Golf as soon as possible.

Customer cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

At Christopher Howard Golf's sole discretion, we may allow a registration to be transferred or applied as a credit toward another available golf school or program. Any accommodation of this kind is not guaranteed and does not modify our All Sales Are Final policy.

Transfers & Rescheduling

Requests to transfer to another Christopher Howard Golf School may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

Any difference in price between the original registration and the newly selected program will be the participant's responsibility.

Approval of a transfer, credit, or rescheduling request does not create an obligation to approve future requests.

Weather

Golf is an outdoor activity, and weather conditions can change unexpectedly.

Golf schools may continue during rain or other manageable weather conditions. Weather conditions do not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.

When weather or course conditions make scheduled activities unsafe or impractical, Christopher Howard Golf may delay, modify, relocate, shorten, postpone, or reschedule the program.

If a program is rescheduled due to weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the participant's registration will be handled according to the options communicated by Christopher Howard Golf.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Christopher Howard Golf

Christopher Howard Golf reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or reschedule a golf school or program due to weather, course availability, instructor availability, safety concerns, facility closures, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or other operational needs.

If Christopher Howard Golf cancels a program and does not provide the purchased service or a reasonable rescheduling or transfer option, any remedy will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.

Travel Expenses

Participants are responsible for making and paying for their own travel arrangements unless expressly stated otherwise.

Christopher Howard Golf is not responsible for airfare, hotels, rental cars, transportation, meals, change fees, or other travel-related expenses resulting from a participant cancellation, missed program, weather event, schedule change, relocation, postponement, or cancellation, except where required by applicable law.

We strongly recommend making flexible or refundable travel arrangements when traveling to attend a golf school.

Agreement to Policy

By completing a purchase or registering for a Christopher Howard Golf School, lesson, clinic, event, or program, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy and understand that all sales are final and non-refundable.
