These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Christopher Howard Golf website and your purchase, registration for, or participation in Christopher Howard Golf schools, lessons, clinics, events, online instruction, and related services.

By accessing our website, making a purchase, registering for a program, or participating in a Christopher Howard Golf activity, you agree to these Terms.

Registration & Payment

Registration is not confirmed until the required payment has been successfully processed.

Prices, availability, locations, instructors, schedules, and program details are subject to change. Any applicable taxes, processing fees, facility charges, or other fees will be disclosed when required.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and registration information.

Golf School Locations & Scheduling

Christopher Howard Golf conducts programs at golf courses and facilities throughout the United States and internationally.

Golf courses and facilities may be independently owned and operated. Course availability, weather, facility operations, travel conditions, instructor availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally require a change in location, date, time, itinerary, or other program details.

When reasonably possible, Christopher Howard Golf will notify registered participants of material changes using the contact information provided during registration.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customer cancellations, transfers, credits, and rescheduling requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Christopher Howard Golf reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or reschedule a golf school or other program when reasonably necessary.

If Christopher Howard Golf cancels or materially reschedules a program, affected participants will be provided with the options applicable under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Travel & Related Expenses

Unless expressly included in the program description, participants are responsible for their own transportation, airfare, lodging, meals, rental vehicles, and other travel-related expenses.

Christopher Howard Golf is not responsible for travel expenses, change fees, nonrefundable reservations, missed transportation, or other costs incurred by a participant because of a cancellation, postponement, relocation, schedule change, weather event, or other circumstance, except where otherwise required by law.

Participants traveling to attend a golf school are encouraged to make flexible or refundable travel arrangements when possible.

Weather & Course Conditions

Golf is an outdoor activity, and weather and course conditions can change unexpectedly.

Christopher Howard Golf may modify, delay, relocate, shorten, reschedule, or otherwise adjust activities when weather, course conditions, facility requirements, or safety considerations make doing so reasonably necessary.

A weather delay or modification does not automatically constitute cancellation of the program.

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and safely and to follow instructions provided by Christopher Howard Golf instructors and host facilities.

Christopher Howard Golf reserves the right to remove a participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, threatening, or materially interferes with the experience or safety of others.

A participant removed for misconduct may not be entitled to a refund, subject to applicable law.

Golf Course & Facility Rules

Participants must comply with the rules, policies, dress codes, cart requirements, safety procedures, and other requirements of each host golf course or facility.

A host facility may independently deny access or remove an individual who violates its policies.

Physical Activity & Assumption of Risk

Participation in golf instruction and related activities involves physical activity and inherent risks.

Participation is subject to the Christopher Howard Golf Liability Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate safely.

Personal Property

Participants are responsible for their golf clubs, equipment, electronics, luggage, clothing, vehicles, and other personal property.

Christopher Howard Golf is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal property except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Instructional Results

Golf instruction is intended to help participants improve their knowledge, skills, technique, and understanding of the game.

Individual results vary. Christopher Howard Golf does not guarantee any particular improvement in score, handicap, swing performance, tournament performance, or other result.

Online & Follow-Up Instruction

If a golf school or package includes follow-up instruction, digital materials, online lessons, video analysis, or other continuing services, availability and use of those services may be subject to additional instructions or reasonable scheduling requirements.

Access is intended for the registered participant and may not be sold, transferred, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

Intellectual Property

Website content, instructional materials, videos, photographs, graphics, logos, training methods, written materials, and other content created or provided by Christopher Howard Golf are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use materials provided to you for your personal, noncommercial use unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit Christopher Howard Golf materials without prior written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, use it for fraudulent purposes, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or information.

Third-Party Services

When such circumstances affect a scheduled program, Christopher Howard Golf will make reasonable efforts to provide participants with appropriate alternatives.

The current version will be posted on our website with the date it was last updated. Terms applicable to a particular purchase may also be subject to the policies presented at the time of registration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
